★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person who owns this place does not have etiquettes.Illetrate people can talk better than him.The owner need to learn manners first.For running a business one should know how to talk to his/her customers .Never opt for bookings from this place.Pathetic service and the owner rudeness is like a cherry on the cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude travel agent. He just make money and then don't worry about the customer. Also the package he show and give is very different. And the worst part is the hotel he give is preethi palace which is the worst hotel i have ever seen. Bad smell rooms and cupboard, Water from tap full of mud.
Bad experience with hotel and travel agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless Tour Provider - Not recommended to anyone. They promised a lot but delivered nothing. They do not deserve even 1 star.
We went Madurai, rameshwaram and Kanyakumari from their tours and Travels. PFB my feedback.
1. When we reached Madurai, no one came to pick, when we called operator, he said take an auto and come to hotel.
2. Local Madurai bus was khatara and driver took additional money to take us to Lord Karthikeya Temple
3. He dropped us 1.5KM away from the hotel, we had to search for it.
4. Driver who took us Rameshwaram and Kanyakumari charged us 200 INR for nothing.
5. Hotel provided to us in Kanyakumari was worst hotel I had ever stayed in my life. They was no Towel, Handwash, bedsheet, room was also dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, don't opt for the package it's very costly, by the time of booking he talks so much and he promises to will take to every place but doesn't , hotel room was decent not upto the mark, who has more money can go for it, otherwise it's full waste of money.
