★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Cherry Shah is a Mumbai gynecologist who sits at Lilavati hospital. I was her patient 2008 to 2010. I feel terrible in even calling her a doctor. She is unaware of medical conditions affecting pregnancies and is totally insensitive towards her patients. She has a very casual attitude and uncaring when things go wrong. As a young woman of 28 and 29 with PCOD in the years 2008 and 2009, she could not help me. She had no information about the syndrome. I had two miscarriages. What pained me most was that over the three years of being her patient, she made NO attempt to find out what she can do to help me. She would make fun of her other patients in front of me as well. I was a fool to trust her. She is a pathetic person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Cherry Shah who is based at Surya hospital and Lilavati hospital lacks basic decency, let alone have basic empathy. My experience with her was traumatising. The nature of her job revolves around bringing new life into this world, which is one of the most positive ones. But she is so rude, irritable, overworked, makes you sit for 2 to 3 hours minimum before she attends you. And even after that her behaviour and treatment is so rushed. She doesn't listen and she just yells. When she checked me in person, she was so ruthless and brash. When she wrote my medicines in the prescription, she did not mention what time I should take each. When I asked her, she got bugged and irritated. She has too much air about her. If you have to reach her you have to pass through her assistant for everything. Her assistant is a nice doctor. But if we are paying 2100 to 1500 then why reach out to her assistant every time?
