★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your sessions are really engaging, innovative , extracting and brain unwinding. By helping define, analyse, look options, select/focus and then plan actions for any challenges . Your technique of encouraging self healing by listening carefully, asking rights questions, pulling correct threads at appropriate time is very effective. I have personally noticed big change pre and post sessions Yogesh. I am sure you can vouch for it.

The concept of visiting a Psychologist still needs to be accepted by or society, there is no harm in doing so. People like me often suffer in silence and when it comes to mental health there is a stigma. My experience with Dr Kunal was amazing. He helped me understand and find solutions. The very fact that you know the person sitting and listening to you genuinely wants to help you, half the battle has already been won. The one thing I would like to surely mention, found him to be someone who believes not is categorizing the problem but rather looks at the larger picture and helps with long term solutions. Thanks Dr Kunal. Your sessions were self enlightening journeys.

He always emphasises on productive relationship that would result in improving professional and personal capabilities.
