★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a lot of research I ended up consulting Dr. Shyam Mithiya at ghatkopar. I have to say Dr. Shyam is truly an expert in his field
. His medications have been very effective in helping me get better. But he also advises things like meditation and other exercises which will help in the long run and also expedite the treatment, which I really like.
Hope to recover completely with his treatment.

One of the best psychiatrist's i have come across.
I was late but he still took out time to patiently hear me out and treat the problem i was facing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some trouble for around a year as far as I can remember, and I use to think I was overthinking. As time passed it only got worse. The after visiting lot of therapist I decided to consult a psychiatrist and try out meds. Dr. Shyam was my first psychiatrist and I think I made the right decision by going to him. I was diagnosed with OCD and his Meds really helped me alot, finally I could sleep peacefully without waking up in 3-4 hrs with panic attack, finally I can watch movies with peace without so much thoughts going in my mind with all those anxiety. It has been 5-6 months since I am on meds and my OCD is 99.9% cured! Yes CURED! I thought it was only manageable but with help of Dr. Shayam and a therapist it's getting cured! A big thanks to Dr. Shyam As without him my recovery wouldn't have been possible. Thankyou : )
