★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST, PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL & IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER. QUOTATION SHARED WITH INCLUDED TAX & INSURANCE. PAID ON TIME BUT ONCE LOADED THE STUFF AND REACHES TO THEM. THEY GIVES XYZ REASON AND DEMANDS FOR EXTRA MONEY. ALSO NO DETAILS SHARED EVEN AFTER MAKING THE PAYMENTS SUCH AS VEHICLE/DRIVER & INSURANCE PAPER. THEY SPECIALLY VIRAT HAS HARASSED MY WIFE A LOT. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT. 1 ITEM GOT MISSING & WHEN CALLED TO INFORM AND ASK FOR INSURANCE. VIRAT SAYS THAT YOU NEVER PAID FOR INSURANCE WHEREIN THE QUOTATION CLEARLY STATES ₹ 3000 PAID FOR INSURANCE. ALSO STARTED IGNORING CALLS WHEN TRIED TO REACH.
PLEASE BEWARE AND DO NOT TRUST THEM IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME COZ THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS ONCE PAYMENT IS DONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and extremely unprofessional staff, they will take all amount in advance and later on no one will pick up calls. Staff is very rude and they will take 2-3 days to deliver from Delhi to any other state within 200km after making promises to deliver in same day. They also charge alot once you hendover your items to them, each person will try to take money separately. Pls do not take service from them they do not value of you time. 1 star is because there is no option for 0 or below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a fraud company. Very unprofessional. Staff don’t know how to behave. They gave us quotation 20000 and after loading they ask for 24000 and black mailed us. And eventually damaged my furniture crockery item. Don’t opt their service..

Further I would like to mention Ms. Jyoti as she is highly professional and very much helpful in every manner. She was on the call since morning to till late night, when ever it required. She is an asset to the company. I am very delighted with DTC express Movers & Packers services and I would recommend to everyone. I have recently shifted from Malviya Nagar to Dwarka and I have utilised their services.
