Highly unprofessional company never keeps commitment of time, cost and quality. Inhuman behaviour of the partner post advance is ugly cherry on the rotten cake. Say no no to thier services.

Fast, easy, quick pack and unpack is fantastic. Gajender, Bansilal, Rakesh and others are very professional and polite in nature. Trust them for shifting. Om Murgan people are awesome support and friendly people. Nominal price as well. Thanks for smooth actions!

Very professional service and attitude. Thanks to the team, my shifting was very hassle free. All items were well packed, loaded, moved, unloaded and unpacked very well and without any damage. Also, there was no delay at any stage. I would definitely recommend om murugan packers

This company is not only unprofessional but their behaviour with their customer is unbelievably rude. I used their services to move my plants, tv and dressing table to dehradun a few days back. The manager and we discussed on their service and negotiated the price. They promised to send 4 labors but in reality there were only 3 labors sent. The labors broke one of my pots which was the most expensive one of all and there were no compensations or regret shown by the manager when the information was passed. Their packaging sucks. They do not carry bubble wraps for packaging which is the most important thing for sensitive items. They wrapped my tv in a plain cardboard and risked it all the way till dehradun. Thankfully nothing happened to the tv but they gave me mental stress and it’s so not worth it. On asking why are there no bubble wraps they didn’t give any explanation. We risked our tv and carried on. They then refused to take my dressing table saying the mirror might break but agreed for it during the negotiation before. Wow! Again we agreed and obviously didn’t want our things to break. So decided to not move my dressing table. The manager then asked for 100% payment before moving the truck which was again not discussed before. Another shock. We trusted them and carried on by giving them some payment in advance and requested to pay full on arrival to the drop location. The manager asked for cash saying he doesn’t have an atm card. In this era of online transaction he’s working only on cash. Unbelievable. I over heard the manager saying to their driver to leave asap and called us names like they are greedy and want to load more things on seeing a bigger truck. Not true we agreed on a 14inches truck and the truck sent was 14 inches only. The truck was illegally made. It was a 14inches truck with 1.5inches extensions to the sides. Since they refused to carry my dressing table I requested them to take a plant pot stand instead. It needed no wrapping since it was a medium size metal stand and there was a lot of space to carry it. They were reluctant to load anything and started closing the lid of their truck while I was in conversation for the stand with the manager. Somehow I managed to convince them to wait out but they not only gave me a horrid experience but wasted my morning time 7- 11:30am. It took them more than 3 hours to load my items. Not professional. My experience with this company has been very bad and stressful. They are not customer friendly. I do not recommend anyone to use their services. They can flip anytime and such people can’t be trusted.

They are quite professional, i had strict deadlines and they made sure my stuff will be shifted within those timelines. Mr. Dinesh took the responsibility personally and made sure to provide full support. The driver was kind and polite and handled the goods carefully.
