the cover of the package is also changed when reaching home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and also horrible attitude of the help line official. And DTDC is consistent at it. . In all cases the parcel is not delivered for days even after reaching the destination. Officials are not even bothered to take note of the delay at all, as if its not their responsibility. We have blacklisted DTDC. I recommend, you also use any of the other couriers available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible & Pathetic service of this DTDC office near Veena nagar also their customer service is not up to date nor its supportive in any way. Gives false information to customers regarding the expected delivery date plus the international customer support is pathetic. Even after taking the hefty amount there is no assurance that your courier will reach by time. Blue dart better. Though it’s costly it’s better than DTDC. Customer support nos are also fake not working. Took me a complete 1 day to reach the right no & the right information for my shipment. Also when asked why their office has given me false information ; the executive telling me to go to the office directly & ask them regarding this. Absolutely no respect for customer time & money.
