★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic service ever seen, they charged 10,000 Rs for courier to Germany for 8 kg which is available for 5000 Rs at other places (which we understood from other friend who sent thru DTDC another branch). Very unprofessional bunch of cheaters, DTDC should check this as this is complete plunder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE EVER!! NEVER rely on DTDC courier services if you want to send any important documents. They take more than 9 days for domestic courier services, maybe it'll take a month for international courier services. PREFER BLUE DART, if you want to send important documents.DTDC kept me fooling around for 2 days, after I lodged a complaint. WON'T BE USING DTDC COURIER SERVICES, EVER AGAIN. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Doesn't even deserve one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is regarding the courier we sent to Germany. We had posted review for the same and it seems that the owner has responded to our query. Just to highlight the response is completely inappropriate. We were not informed about the alternative options and associated charges.
Also, even after paying charges for the fastest delivery, our package was not sent in time. Our package was in Pune for 4 days. Owner - please answer this while responding to my review.
We have also taken up this matter over your official email ID. But no response.
Further, please don't call us and request to withdraw the review. Rather try to be professional both in terms of behaviour and delivering the services.
