★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rated one star for their timely delivery... Very costly and too many hidden charges which they consider is common.. Which is not... They will cheat with the total weight of items too... So beware if you are choosing dtdc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to send a parcel through DTDC, ignoring my past experience with Gati. I made a pickup request through the MyDtdc app, paid the mentioned freight in full, in advance and waited one full day to receive some kind of a communication from their end. Add to this woe, their call center, you will have to wait 15 mins before someone attends to your call. My advice, if you have an urgent parcel to be sent please don't depend on DTDC. Gati or if you can shell out a bit more then FedEx is the best option. The truth is nobody has a clue what's happening. They don't give you local branch numbers, only a central call center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It had one laptop and two chargers. Upon reception, it was found that the laptop was broken at receiver End & also the screen was totally damaged, it does not display anything correctly.
I am listing my grievances below.
All the packaging was handled by dtdc. I had specifically told them while handing off my bare laptop and chargers to put charges sideways or below the laptop while packaging. I specifically said to avoid putting chargers on screen. This instruction was not followed. I even paid a Rs. 200 packaging fee.
I was not made aware of any facility for insurance at the time of shipping.
My package arrived after 36 hours or more after booking despite booking it in premium class.
The receiver and I are suffering serious problems due to this damage. We hope we will get a proper solution from your end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My package V36320389 couriered from pimpri to pune hardly 15km in distance is kept hanging for unknown reasons.They took more then 15 days to notify package details and still they shamefully are saying that it will be delivered in coming days. Customer care is non responsive and so are their staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service....Took 10 days to deliver from Pune to Chembur, also had to pick up from their branch and the reason the gave was there were no men fir delivering the parcel. Worsrt experience ever.
