★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In terms of location it is a great place to stay... however room as promised is not up to the mark in terms of the price...owner promised we would get the best room on the upper floor...but room no 101 was being allocated to us which is not sea facing and also the room's linen and pillow cover need improvement, they are shabby and old...apart from that , one can park the vehicle easily over there ..we did not take the food so can't comment on that...one thing we noticed when we woke up in the morning that all the corridor of the upper floor is littered with liquor bottles and residue of the foods are splattered in front of our door and the dust bins were lying toppled. It needs a bit care if someone is paying 1600 per night for a room right?

We didn't stay there because they didn't provide us the room that we booked and instead gave another with zero view, zero maintenance, dirty, insects crawling over bed and curtain and they clearly said they won't clean as insects and dirt are bound to come due to rain. Very small room and a tiniest bathroom.. only lean people would be able to use the bathroom comfortably. the staff and the owner behaviour was also very bad. Immediately we went to look for another hotel and luckily we got one which was a 10 times better than this one.
The hotel is still under construction. Maybe when it's complete it would be good looking but until then it's like historical remains I would say..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behavior... we have booked two rooms and payed advance of 1000rs via bank transfer. Unfortunately couldn't go due to sickness. When I informed and asked for adjustments in next week they denied. And behavior was markedly bad. I wouldn't suggest for this kind of people who deal with customers like this. Who doesn't know how to talk with people. And speaking like this only for 1000 rs. Very bad experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accomodation is good but because of sea side and food is not made here, either you have to eat out in hotel and restaurant which is far from main tourist point or order them to bring in the morning. Also very long distance from sea shore , tourist point, bathing area and YOU HAVE TO WALK ALL THE WAY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got an new sea view room with veranda attached the room is best for couples and its clean to...The Behaviour of the staff is really good...The dinning is a bit costly but there veg meal is really good and the breakfast

In bakkhali there are few hotel are have sea facing room.
This hotel atleast they try to maintain there room.
Room size more than 250 sqfeet
Children can enjoy because this hotel have lots of open space and pond also.
They Have resturant

Genarater .
Overall good.
Roome rate is ok at their place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort has an unique location with sea view from the rooms ( specially room 102). Actually the resort is undergoing construction. Order fish from the sea beach stalls and ideal relaxation.
