★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own hero optima purchased from showroom. Hero bike is good but service at showroom is very poor. Staff is not co-operative not able to provide detailed information. Also terms and conditions of hero are very harsh and not flexible to the customers. Finally leads to extra cost or financial burden. Free servicing is not truly free. I will not purchase hero vehicle in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I purchased optima in month of March this year, scooter is not giving the battery life as prescribed by company. I was merely getting average of just 25~30 Km/charge. E-Galaxy helps me to trouble shoot the issue, they replaced battery twice, now the scooter is giving around 40 Km/charge. I made my mind that it will give me only this much.
Scooter was running good and service was Good. In this month (day before yesterday)it was giving issue of frequent failure (not starting), when contacted at service station they asked me to replace battery connector, Which was replaced at Rs. 500 (too costly). Today also scooter was not getting started and the odometer was blinking.
I am thinking a bit unlucky to decide to go with Electric Vehicle.
Another problem is that we can not get the scooter inspected anywhere as normal ICE scooters.
Till date I am not worried of the service at your showroom as the staff is good, but frequent failure of scooter is hurting me and my my decision to go with electric scooter.
Please help....

Excellent mileage, 60 Kms plus per charge.
Riding electric scooters is much different from petrol scooters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found all good ,they really have time to show what we want and no hurrying to chose any model from there side ,just explained what we wanted, regarding booking amount also they have just explained but rest leave on us to buy from anywhere of hero dealers....that's prove biggest company s way we r really if make mood then will take bike from this place only , we need to come all the way from Hadapsar , but no problem the way they explained was really good way of first untraction....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought Hero electric optima, within 1 year I have faced problems of controller and battery issue. Very bad bike n very cheap n poor quality, there is need a lots of improvement. don't buy hero electric scooter still, instead of this see other options is available in market.
