★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is ship stand. Every ship Stopped hear and people comes and goes from here. This is starting point of Elephanta Cave . After walking some step mini Train station Also here. Train journey around 1 km. But going to Elephanta Cave without train more enjoyable. (D.O.P - 9/8/2017)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elephanta Island also known as Gharapuri Village, connected with main city mumbai by water way, famous for Elephanta Cave, Cannon hill, garden and lake.
Elephanta jettey to cave is well connected by toy train service. Food, water and all basic services are available in Island. Good to go with friends and family.
