Crazy experience... I submitted my application for visa on 14th may and i needed to travel to Ukraine on 13th of June. I took help of continental immigration at Nehru place Delhi for my visa application process they gave me expert opinion and helped me to prepare my documents for my visa. . Ukrainian embassy took 19 working days to give me my visa and i got my visa on 11th of June just 2 days before my travel date. . My suggestion to all applicants is that please take 20 working days because Ukrainian embassy takes more than 15 working days to give visa. Thank you Ukrainian embassy for giving me my tourist visa on time. God bless you all❤️

i have applied for long term type D work visa for Ukraine on 8th September 2018. The document was submitted to honorable embassy on 10th September 2018 and the application has been registered with honorable embassy on 18th September 2018. and On 8th October i have attended my interview. the consular interview officer asked me for some additional which was submitted on same day. and i was informed the we will take our decision and will inform you. fair enough. on 6th November i got a call from VFS asking for more document and on very next day i submitted the same with VFS. And till today (19th Nov 2018) i haven't got any answer from Honorable embassy or from VFS. (I HAVE APPLIED UNDER URGENT CATEGORY): BUT ITS UNDERSTANDABLE HONORABLE EMBASSY ACCEPT OR DENY URGENT PROCESS FOR EVERY APPLICATION ITS THEIR CALL. BUT VFS NOT SURE WHETHER EMBASSY ACCEPTING DOCUMENT UNDER URGENT OR ORDINARY HOW THEY CAN CHARGE FOR URGENT AND TAKE SO LONG TIME. And on Ministry of External affairs Ukraine website mentioned : ""Time limits for visa issuance by the Embassy of Ukraine are: - for urgent issuance – up to five working days from receipt of necessary documents. Urgent visa issuance is processed upon request of a foreigner or stateless person and in the period determined by a Ukrainian diplomatic mission abroad; - for ordinary issuance – ten working days from receipt of necessary documents, unless otherwise stipulated by Ukraine’s international treaties. This period may be extended up to 30 working days if necessitated by additional checks. Express visas are issued upon the decision of the consular officers."" Meanwhile my employer made call to Honorable embassy for asking the status on my visa. But for safety reason they denied to give any information and asked to check with VFS. And i personally called VFS and Mailed them for almost everyday for more then a month. and VFS made me change my flights nearly 6 times for resubmit with Embassy. and they only Answer VFS says YOUR DOCUMENT IS STILL UNDER PROCESS and if you ask any other question out from book they answer: sir we are sorry we are only logistic partner. and asked me to check with Embassy and Honorable Embassy does the same and says check with VFS. for Last so many days I'm blindly waiting for my passport and visa. And when ask them either blame each other. I HAVE NO IDEA WHOM TO BLAME FOR THIS DELAY. I HOPE TO GET SOME NEWS SOON.

Staff is so Rude. . . . I call them for some enquiry about Ukraine @ 12.30 P.m as closing time is 1.00 P.m . . He rudely said me Embassy is closed today and disconnected the call

The truth of Ukraine embassy in India is that the staff are very rude. They don't want to help anyone. They have consulate timings but you will keep on waiting outside in Delhi heat for the whole time ( THESE GUYS WONT LET YOU ENTER AND ThEy will keep the gates closed and you will feel nobody's working there) purely for the fact they don't want to address you. If you ask a question their answer is go talk to VFS. VFS being appointed as the agency between the embassy and us they have no hold with staff inside Ukraine embassy. My family applied for a Ukraine visa for a 2day visit after which we needed to apply for Schengen visa , we were told that we would recieved the Visa in maximum 20 day. I am writing this on the 40th day . When we asked few agents who have some hold with the people inside, they said that the passports are just lying there and that agent demanded 200 USDollars each passport to take it out. This embassy doesn't have people to take care of visa needs. Worthless people in the embassy very disappointed.

This embassy has been one of the most harassing experiences of my life. Because I was not getting results within two months of interviewing. Later I was forced to pick up my passport.Do not personally advise anyone to go to Ukraine to study.

Update - I had applied for a visa to Ukraine under express category on sep 19 ( embassy was not accepting applications for a period of 3 weeks and opened only on sep 19 ) . Date of travel - sep 29 to Oct 4 . VFS told us that express visa Shd reach me by sep 25 . However, it reached me today on Oct 5th. It was sanctioned on Oct 3rd and visa period granted Oct 2-8 . I guess Ukraine is not blessed with very talented or intelligent people. During my efforts, I also understand that they are not very open to Indians visiting their country. I am sharing this information with you so that you don't plan a trip to Ukraine. Also, you can discourage anyone else who plans to go there.

I am trying to get in touch with Embassy staff since 11th September for tourist visa as Mumbai office did not accept documents but no one is answering the call and non of the staff is available to accept the visa documents. Also no one declaring what is the issue. Travel date is on 24th September and Air ticket and Hotels tickets are non refundable. Its frustrating and feeling helpless.

Please attention all my friend or sister. I want to telling you some true of Ukraine people or immigration and agent. Please don't waste money for Ukraine. Ukraine is not a Europe country. There system is not clean and clear. Like education or work or marriage. They All need love money . So Ukraine is not for us. I also waste my 9 lakh in Ukraine. Now i have not nothing in my hand no TRC. So please please if you want to go Eastern Europe country crotia or Romania or malta is good. Better than Ukraine. I can't write abuse word is here. That is my falt i choose this poor country. There immigration system very very difficult another than country. They want only your money. Any way. There is no business no job for forginer or No entry after you got visa. Ukraine. Immigration policy is very difficult? or different. They can deport you. After everything in your hand. Only they are perfect how waste your money. Thanks for please don't come here. Please don't come here. Your parents money will go Dustbin. Dustbin.
