★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with basic amenities. Like power back up, security, swimming pool is a plus. Road outside is narrow.
This area still doesn't come under BBMP so no tap water for the houses. Everyone here relies on borewell water. And water cans for drinking water.
1 km from the nearest bus stop.
The thing that makes summers not so horrible is the design of Windows. They have been placed in such a way that there is cross-ventilation. Due to which there is always a breeze of air blowing in and out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt in maintenance, clean n well maintained with basic amenities, but hell lot of rules suffocates.
If you are working from home person. then don't opt. Most of the times electricity will not be there and power back up is supported only at nights.
Not even gas cylinders boys are allowed to step inside. U have to get it till gate n get new cylinder to home no matter if it's lady or a aged woman.
Lifts are shut after 11:30, if you have aged parents with you living, don't even opt for this appartment. I once raised grevieance for lift shut down at night for what if there is medical emergency, this was the president reply "in that case please call me, I am 24/7 available, will ask security to switch on lift, and these case did not happen in last 5 years nor it will happen" the most irresponsible answer.
Even if you are sick at home n ordered food online, still u have to collect food from gate. Even after requesting security guys to allow delivery boys, none seems to care. Nor the security guys help n get it till door.
Visitors parking is charged. My parents visited me here they were charged car parking for parking in my given space area which is already included in maintenance fee. Here only blood related visiting person parking is levied. My husband parents parking was levied, but my parents parking was charged saying they are not blood related as agreement is on my husband's name.
Security guys are the rudest one here. Once my friend were shooed literally, just coz they entered wrong gate. They have no basic manners to ask whom do u wanna meet, n direct them the right block. They just asked them to get out of appartment even without asking whom they wanna visit.
Only tatasky dth, and ACT broadband is used here, no other vendor is allowed.
I rented this apartment after seeing all the amenities, cleanliness, and proper management. It's just 3 months n m already done. I completely understand that some rules are for our safety n Happy to abide. But living place should not suffocate you with silly rules.
Including owners of flats had raised complain about it, but management seems to ignore.
Not a suggested place to live.
