★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hair cut I would have had in my life. Ambiance and all is ok but hair stylist should know what will suit. U cannot make 46 year old lady to 3 year old baby cut. We. Pay money for some style n baby cut. And if not possible in my short n frizy hair must have asked me to wait for 2/3 months n come rather giving bad hair cut

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars, I would. Or rather, if I could given them some rotten eggs and tomatoes, I would.
Paid around 6K for mani and pedi for my sister and I. The work done was terrible. Massage and scrub is done together and is finished within 2 minutes. They use really cheap nail colours that chip in a day. Paint job was extremely poor - paint was all over the cuticles.
Attaching a pic of how my nails look after 24 hours. I am aware that normal paint chips, but even in a 200 INR manicure job the paint won't chip this way in less than a day.
The manager made no attempt to even apologize.
Editing to add that the salon had contacted my sister after she gave her feedback, but the salon made no attempt to apologize or give some money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place. Good stylists. Place is always clean. Appoinment system is useless though. Even though customer is available, they postpone the appointment for no reason. Maybe they don't want to make more money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an impromptu plan for hair treatment. I was welcomed and explained about the process along with cost breakdown. Jyotsana was assigned to me as the expert. She explained me the process and the reason it is a good choice to get Keratin.
The entire journey was smooth and great that she did not push too much conversation that usually bothers me.
The products they recommended, I shall review after a month of usage. Really happy with my hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I entered the salon and got a warm welcome, they are following all the COVID protocols strictly. They have assigned me hairstylist Promod who was really good at his work, he patiently listened to all my conditions and suggested good tips too. I'm so happy with my haircut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a balayage. This was the first time I was ever gonna apply color on my hair so was a little nervous about how it would look .
This is when Pramod assured me he wouldn't let me feel anything less !! He explained me everything about the highlighting/balayage and what would look best on my hair.
And once the procedure was done, it looked so beautiful ? I'm absolutely in love with my hair and also with the amazing service provided by Pramod
All thanks to him for being so good at his work ?
A 100% recommendation from my side.. Envy never let's me down ??

1. Hair spa : Very good, hairs were is good texture for a long time.
2. Waxing : professional people?
3. Aroma Mani & treatment pedicure : good, massage was bit less but overall fine.
4. Facial : Excellent experience. Must go place. Highly skilled and peaceful ?
5. Nail Art : Good, just bit expensive.
Location is easily reachable. Staff is kind and helpful.
