★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was. Way to give -ve rating instead of 1 star I would have given that. First they insist to take appointment. Then when you take appointment its of no use as they never take people as per appointment and make you wait as long as they can. They keep saying bas 2 mins .... Bas 2 mins and keep stretching. Its ok to messup on appointments but that can't be the case everytime... Also the situation could have been handled much professionally if they would have just said that we are over booked and it will take 30-45 mins and if we are ok to wait or go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently did Hair Highlights at this salon with Moroccan hair oil spa and my hair have become so so so dry that it is not getting repaired with anything. I will have to go through damage control treatment for this! ?
I don’t know what products they use but i had a terrible experience after paying almost 8k for everything which was too overpriced and above that They have brutally damaged my hair. So for any hair services visit ZORRO at your own RISK!

The texture of my original hair is soft and straight but after that my hair has become very rough. Oiam surprised what has made this and I'm sorry to mention is it the product used?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have curly hair which is difficult to style. After being disappointed from other salons, Pawan in Zorro finally gave me the hair cut I wanted. Highly recommended him if you have curly hair. I even got highlights done, and he did that too very well

Even during the second visit, when I had taken my daughter for the haircut, it was a very good experience. The staff is very polite and professional. They maintain hygiene consistently and ensure the customer feels welcomed. A very good salon place for everyone in Hiranandani Estate and nearby vicinity. I really liked their service. Hope they maintain the service level and we become their permenent customers. Highly recommended!!

Special thanks to Tanvir who is subject matter expert in Hair related treatments. I got my treatment done with him. I am really pleased With his proficiency and service.
Zorro also gives best package that gives value for money and great service. I will surely recommend this to everyone.
