★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.They trick you into different packages by suggesting other substitutes but do not tell you that is not part of the package and will cost you.
2.While giving steam for facial or clean-up, they dnt even cover your eyes and it pains when the steam hits your face.
3. Always you have to wait beyond your appointment time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE READ : Not sure about other services but NEVER GO HERE FOR HAIRCUT. In my entire life, this is the worst place I've ever been to, for a hair cut. First of all prices were so high even though it's a small local salon, plus they increased the price in the middle of their service. And the haircut was horrible. My hair was cut very short, and the volume has become very less now, and I don't know what product they used on my hair, it's just not growing even after 2 months. And I have intense hair fall since I went here. I will never set my foot in this place again in my life, and will not let my friends do too.
