★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst & Miserable experience on the service. These ppl jus wanted to complete their target of getting AMC and are not interested in servicing the customer during repair. Their personnel are not even attending the calls and no response even if the complaint is escalated to higher level. Jus money minded ppl putting the customer to almost distress. These people are only spoiling the brand name and are a great liability to the organization for which they are working for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inspite of the negative ratings I trusted the Eureka Forbes brand and went ahead and purchased.
First use water was leaking as it was overflowing.
When I contacted the sales person they asked me to contact the customer service.
Then after 2-3 days we get a call from local representative saying that your sales person did not forward us the details and we have to wait.some kind of scam as they want to ensure you did not purchase online.
Next the technician comes and says part has to be replaced and since 10 days waiting for the part.
My suggestion is prefer other water purifier because the sevice is very very bad. Think twice before choosing aquaguard water purifier in kakinada areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its has pathetic service technicians. We pay the AMC and beg the customer care to send technicians and they dont show up for a week. Whoever take the service from Aquaguard, never let the technician move out until complete purifier tank is full. Dont take service from Eureka forbes instead try from Resq.

If it is cover in warrenty they will come after 20days. So disgusting service.i regrets in my life to buy this water purifier. Even iam not ready to give one star also.
