★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst co-operation from the booking team . We had a booking at 2 pm and even at 1:30 we did not receive any confirmation from the driver ... and we continuously tried to call the booking team and the driver .The driver who called said he will call back in 10 mins and never called up . The lady from the company finally picks the call after around calling 10 times and claims she tried calling back . We expected more co-ordination .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much bad experience. I hired drivers 3 times recently bcz I was in urgent need. I hired almost 24hrs back everytime. But 2times they cancelled it just 1 hr before. Too much unprofessional. If you can't provide a driver, why do you accept booking for it????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not new to Ezidrive. The quality of service is degrading. This is probably the second or third time they have not provided the drivers even at the extended booking. Informing nonavailability of driver at the last moment is not welcome. Should avoid this practice.

He was very cooperative and drove safely. He is the best. Thanks ezi drive for this best service and giving us the best driver to make our journey hasle free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Everytime, I booked the sevice for driver, it was canceled due to driver unavailability. This is highly unprofessional to call just 15-20 mins prior to journey and inform about driver unavailablity. The same thing happened multiple times. I guess they give preferences to the booking with longer durations. I quit your service. No more Ezi Drive.

He had very good driving skills and well aware of routes and driving rules.I will recommend to use EZI drive to my friends and family. Great service and good experience.

His behavior was bad during the whole journey and in the end he drove the car on the divider with gross carelessness due to which the car was badly damaged from the front. I request everyone not to hire drivers through this agency.
