With me and my friends, left us in middle of the roadThis is the worst travels I sawn in my life.
They are not worthy to take even single star review
I request everyone don't prefer green line especially marathalli Bangalore branch. Personally I have faced dangerous situation, seriously no one should face this problem.
Travel agency people are irresponsible and , with out any concern. Travel agency people didn't responded and didn't arranged any alternate vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst part was the drive from pickup point to the outskirts of banglore where the bus stops. It was so horrible. We were scared for our lives. It was like living a scary horror movie. The pickup bus was a small van with all stuffed and decorated eerie plushtoys. The driver was really rude and drove like a madman. And he played horrible loud music the whole time. I would not recommend the drive if you value your life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming from TIRUPATHI Mercedes Benz was booked and after 30 minutes drive the ac stopped functioning. Driver was helpless and even after complaining they refused to replace the bus. Very horrible service as they did not even have basic equipment for repairing. Kids are having suffocation in the bus. Next time any one be very careful while travelling with these guys. Please go through the reviews specially wen travelling with the family.
Bus time was 1515 from TIRUPATHI.
Management should actually refund the money completely if they are humans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude behaviour staffs are so impolite never give even correct location of the boarding point. Even after paying 1850 for a ticket there was no direct pick up and they provided a pick up van which was pathetic jam packed no seat even to sit . Never will opt for green line travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and services are nice. Bus is clean and hygiene. Three stops for washroom till Hyderabad from Bangalore. Comfy and when requested driver has dropped at the place of my requirement even though there is no stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, no one responding to the problem. We boarded the bus in pondicherry for Hosur. The bus had breakdown in middle, neither the driver was professional nor the helper. The customer care no. Is not responding.
I strongly recommend not to travel in this bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was one of the worst bus rides ever. First off, they called us saying they would pick up in a minivan and drive us for 2 hours down hill. The minivan came in an hour late. It was cramped, with barely any space to fit in our legs.
Next leg, we are stopped at a restaurant, saying the connecting bus will come in an hour or so. We wait for an hour, in the night without any signs of the bus. After a long wait, the bus finally arrives, but we are refused to go into the bus, because the bus driver and conductors need to get off and go for a while. We again wait for almost 30 mins after which we are allowed in the bus, mind you all this at 11 in the night. Finally we go on to the bus and there are no blankets in the bus? The conductor says we can't provide any blankets. All this, after paying a premium price for the bus ticket.
I will not recommend GreenLine Travels as a bus option even as a last resort to any one
