I am blessed with a baby boy on 15th October 2017. I wanted to share feedback regarding Maternity benefit provided by the Organization.. I want to thank you for the support provided regarding the information and process to avail the benefit. The information provided on Intranet is updated and provides complete details regarding the process. Mine was a cashless hospitalisation and I faced no issues. The support provided from the Hospital and FHPL team is commendable and again I want to thank you and appreciate for the seamless and amazing experience we had at the hospital

I have not received insurance cards in 4 months for my team. We have not been able to download cards from their online portal. No support at all. It was my worst decision to go with Appolo Munich (HDFC Ergo) and get into all this trouble. I will never recommend anyone, this tpa or insurance company HDFC Ergo.

Today I just visited at Yashoda Hospital Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh with my ecard provided by my employer. I am ill and need hospitalization immediately but hospital person said they dont know any such insurance company. When i called at insurance company helpline number, they didn't respond properly and i had to left from hospital as i can not afford treatment without Mediclaim card. Pathetic company and pathetic service.

Means I have never seen such type of service... They deducted your amount and give lemon excuse for this... Don't wany to use abusive language but very soon this company will sink ... Only false commitment and false diduction

I have covered into health plan and just few times ago i had an admitted in the hospital. after discharge i had submitted my original documents then i had reacived status for receiving the documents. Then few times later they need additional documents to me and i had submitted same that they requested me.. It has been almost 1 & half month completed to submitted the documents to FHPL. but no mail and confirmation reacived from FHPL.. i m very frustrated for this company, this is not the first time, this has happened to me before. I do not understand why it is taking so much time to setteled the claim amount. I am really ashemd to tell you that if someone ask me to take the health plan from bajaj, I would never advise him/her to take the plan from Bajaj.. Some times ago my status was showing as from CRM and after 7 days happening as under process and still showing as same and it has been more than 20 days. I do not understand what the insurance company doing. It has been so long time that the claim has not been set yet. At least they can give an update on that, doesn't matter if it takes so long but still showing as under process. I have already agreed that 99.99999% my claim has been deny which i might not even get...

I have had just worst experience with FHPL, very unresponsive SPOC, even if you want reimbursement of small amount they will make you run head over toe and still after that they will have problems in every small bits. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Pathetic survice, not at all helpful and never responce well, I had premature baby and I was not prepared well that what can be claimed and what cannot, hence I called helpline person, he said everything can be done, but when I sent them documents and get back my claim they.gave me almost half amount back. Other are said that is is not under policy. I would have given to my husband to calim it instead in his company. Such a pathetic people they asked me to read FAQs at hospital bed when I was half conscious. Never go for it. Worst service.never trust them.

Very bad insurance if your hospital bill is 50000 Then you have to pay atleast 20000 rs out of 50000 rs from your pocket. Apart from that they put lot of queries in your claim . Very very bad .

Most pathetic insurance company. No one picks up the call. Grievance ID is just for the sake of it. They also send system generated reply. There is no revert to follow ups. I have been running behind these guyz for a month now but not getting any response. Dont even consider this company as an option for insurance. Claim ID 22031501181
