★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Featherlite chairs is the worst and do not ever think of getting any Featherlite chair.
Purchased the Helix and after 8-10 days I start getting the weird sound which you can check in the video and I have raised the complaint. And its been 10 months it has not been resolved. Keep on making excuses of lockdown and material not available.
I regret getting choosing Featherlite over local brands and this 22,000 rs chair is like a garbage to be.
After sale service is hell.
