★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic service. My consignment was oit for delivery at 12 pm. Still not received.
When contacted the call center they are very casual and say that delivery has gone back to office.
The manager was taken on conference and he said that they did not have time to deliver it today.
Its like the packet will be delivered as per their convinience.
The manager arrogantly told me to collect it from the office which is 12 km away.
Most horrible and unprofessional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Package sitting with FedEx for 4 days and they keep extending the delivery. Never realised FedEx would be worse than the local carriers. Atleast those guys are delivering on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the place twice to inquire about sending a high value laptop to US. Two different guys answered at both the times. One was more polite than the other, although both appeared to be aware of the procedure and details well. (It is a different matter that it is almost impossible to send a high value laptop in individual capacity). There is parking space available although it appears significantly messy due to the road work currently going on opposite to it. They offered to provide free box for laptop if we don't have one available, although he suggested that we have to get our own packing material.

They are just fooling around
My parcel is there with them since 20 days and the officials are least bothered to contact
i suggest their services should be anyways banned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really Bad experience with fedex , my courier delivry date was 28-01-2022 today is 16-02-2022 still not received and i dont know where my parcel is . they need to shut it forever .... very very very bad service .....
