★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Bicycle store on Sohna Road. There is no proper parking space, you need to park on road and they only have selected items, but they can arrange item from other outlets. Depends on your demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend got this new cycle and while cycling the tyre came out just because it was not assembled properly. She had to get stitched on her face and now she can’t talk or even move her jaw. This terrible carelessness could cost someone’s life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is a wastage of resources by Firefox and needs to be shutdown. My cousin had her cycle assembled from this showroom and 10 days later while she was riding it, the front wheel came out and she had a head on impact. She is currently in the hospital getting stitches on her face. Don't go to this showroom and waste your time, they can't even assemble a single cycle properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls think twice before stepping in because the staff is highly incompetant. I doubt if they know the basics of cycle assemblage because the wheel came off while riding and the child had to go through severe injuries on the face. 100% would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the service of firefox cycle. For a normal service and change of one break wire was being asked for Rs 1020. When asked that the charges fora standard service of a firefox cycle at other stores is 600, got a reply that "Humara itna he hai". Very bad in customer service. Might be good in cycle service, no idea as i got my cycle back without service.
Well that is the reason to give 1star as if you chk firefox site it says the service is for 600 and your store was doing it for 700..you cannot charge anything to the customers. And do 2 wires cost 400? Can you send me the official price list.
And also i get it serviced everytime in a firefox showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have many options in bycycle and other accessories, however staff who directly talk to the customer is not well trained or well mannered, I think you can rock if you improved your nature towards customer afterall customer is king.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. The staff didn't even know how to properly assemble the cycle. My friend's cycle tire came off while riding and this caused into a very serious accident. Her face was badly injured. Very disappointed with the staff. Please give properly training before giving them the job. It can even cost a life. Please take your job seriously

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, great deals and free accessories. That how they make your bicycle experience wonderful. They have a service station in-house. The salesman knows their job. I liked the stories of the mechanics.
They deliver to your door step but they will charge for that.
