★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt the Gym is good in terms of space and equiptments however there is no guidance unless you go for personal training. The trainers were after you to take their service. The managment also keep changing not sure if there is some stability now.
I was the first 5 who took membership and parking was promised but no ethics to maintain what has been promised.
Machine don't make a gym but the people and ambience. All these parameter is important and Sportsfit failed miserably

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason I will recommend someone who has been training for a while is the hygiene level which a majority of us tend to ignore while choosing a gym. The reason why I take that one star away from my rating is because just like the other gyms, they say they will assist you in your workouts (irrespective of the fact that you have gone for a personal training or not) by checking your parameters and fat percentage and keep track of your overall progress. And THEY DO NOT DO THAT.
But rest is very much in place with modern equipment and a mini health bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym should be the death of sportsfit, just enquired about the membership looks like they offer a different price to everyone, few months ago the prices were 35k for a year now they are 47500 per year and what is the hike about nobody knows. Then they compare their gym to fitness first, though i agree fitness first is not a great gym too but its far better in every aspect than this place. Sadly nothing has improved in this place the behaviour of the staff still remains the same so many fake reviews on this platform but the real ones which are there really exposes this place to bits. The sad reality is there are no good gyms in this locality hence they had the perfect opportunity to make a mark here instead there is just this big brand name with no customer service. Writing this to fellow serious fitness enthusiasts your hard earned money and time deserves better. The management should look into this, it can be such great place to workout but a lot of work needs to be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is good in terms of those in India/Delhi. Well informed trainers, steam and sauna work consistently. Good amount of machines too, fulfils needs. Perhaps only downfall is it's a little crowded and overpriced, that's about it. I like the machines and weights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So it's better than your average gym, as in there are sauna and steam facilities and of course your good gym standard towels and shower facilities. Equipments are rather clean and in full working condition with lot group class options. That being said, it is not like the gyms maintained by 5 star hotels or other 5 star gyms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no way to connect with them. Since the lockdown many gyms have opened, but there is no communication by their end. Infact, if I as an annual membership holder, am trying to contact them, I just can't. None of their numbers are working. I'm trying to contact the the mangers on their personal numbers, which again, are not working. They have no responsibility towards their customers. This is highly unprofessional and pathetic. It's our hard earned money that we invest in our health. And they have made this a money hogging business, without any professionalism and responsibility. Pathetic service. It's better to go to some moderate gym. Atleast the owner will respect you as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is really disgusting to know that the most famous and widely acclaimed gym has no professional ethics. They are neither opening the gym nor refunding the money. Me my friend have paid for 1 year which ends in coming April. Their trainers are working in other gyms n luring us by giving various offers. . Is it thr brand name of DHONI ? Are you playing with our hearts n money ? Those who see this comment should reply here n let's form a group to get our money back. All the gyms are functional with proper measures. Just this one has disappeared like malya n neerav modi.
We want our refund.
