★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is society comes under affordable housin society, I think the construction quality of the building of this society is good from safety point-of-view not good, residents has no fixed parking or reserved parking for their 4 wheeler.
Cost point of view is good so overall I will give 3 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a peculiar type of flat. Kitchen in Drawing Room, So Big, Not Much Space for guests to sit, Yes A Big Kitchen and Dining Room with two small bedrooms.

Lift lobby is too compact. So there's not movement space and if you have bulky furniture it might get stuck in the lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ well made flats, balcony is superb. lift problem happens sometimes in my tower. bihari market road is very narrow. becomes problem to commute in rush hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, I am living in Florida's apartments since 18 months now... I can say it has positive qualities & some negative as well.
*People are here very helpful ( especially my neighbors)
* home delivery of anything is available here ( Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Dominos, Lapinos, Laundry, Bisleri, Kinley etc )
* just outside the society you will find pani puri, Momos, chat, dahi bhalle etc,
* many shops are available here
*HOSPITAL IS NEAR BY (ACCORD SUPER SPEACILTY ) 5mns by Auto
Few negative aspects :
*Management here is poor but they are trying their best to improving themselves.
*Too much noisy it gets in the evening & night during religious celebration days.
*Electricity cut offs are very often here, so it's better if you have back up of Inverter.
*You can't use all electrical appliances as you get limited load of electricity. ( Have a detailed conversation with the maintenance department about electricity load before taking the home here)
