★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been a regular at Powai branch and recently was the first time I visited Malad branch (also the last time now)- actual massage for okay but the ambience was missing, etiquette of introducing the staff or client was nil, no aroma, no candles and NO MUSIC !! Also, nobody bothered to ask me if I have pain / stress somewhere...just left like a very average place for massage. The standards are very low at this branch. For the price, I will not recommend this branch.

They will throw the rule book at you everytime you ask for a request, but when they screw up, there is no rule book at this time. It's just a simple sorry.
Have had two bad experiences. The same therapy bis also available at cheaper price points. Worst is have written to the management is detail about my horrible experience, they don't even bother to acknowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. They give 500 rs to be used for upgrading if and only if you do a google review.
2. At time of booking they same something else but in practical they jst intend to loot customers. In 60 min only 45 minutes it is massage.
Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The massage over there was good. The trainer was a professional. The best part after the body massage was the head massage and the steam. It's complete Return of investment with the additional benefits of relaxation. I prefer to again go over there to spend quality time.

It's Professional spa .They have Good time management. Well trained masseurs. Generally reasonable rates. You can also get various packages suiting your requirements. Appointments can be made from the best call center team who helps to Know your Requirement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad place to relax, my back pain got severe after three therapy at this spa.vof you have any body ache and thinking of getting a massage, I would recommend to get a hot shower at your home rather to spend so much on this kind of establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to Gokuldham Goregaon East outlet.. Absolutely disinterested staff.. Nobody is aware of any services there.. They are basically an independent spa by the name Nuayurveda clinic and also tagged to Four fountains.. Hence if you go on behalf of Four Fountains they feign ignorance about everything including the knowledge of customer care number. The man sitting at the reception desk is one of the most non-receptive person I have come across.. An absolute no if you go as a Four Fountain patron.. If you go as patron of Nuayurveda clinic then may be they would respond better..

After being a member with them for several years, they refused to extend my membership as we were not allowed to use the services during Covid. Now I'm told to pay Rs 20000 if I want to use the balance amount in my membership. I'm shocked how they are allowed to con people ? ?.
