★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We husband and wife both visited the Gandhi Ashram on 7th November 2014. We witnessed the historical places of Gandhiji, Charkha etc. It was very calm, clean, beautiful, eco-friendly campus in Ahmedabad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sabarmati Ashram (also known as Harijan Ashram) was home to Mohandas Gandhi (Bapu) from 1917 until 1930 and served as one of the main centres of the Indian freedom struggle.
I really recommend to everyone who comes to Ahmedabad. It's located near to sabarmati you can see beautiful view of River. In the museum ppl can see bapu's lifestyle, handwritten latter, chakra collection and many more things.
