All the sisters and staff are also very helpful and caring. Would definitely recommend to other couples looking for fertility treatment.

Specially thanks to Dr.Chinmayie and Dr. Asha, All the Nurses and Front desk team who helped us and guided us, supported us through out our journey of treatment. I wouldn't express my words but thankfull to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.Scanning room is very congested. I have fallen couple of times from the bed and got injured badly. We felt the suffocating environment inside the Doctor/ Scanning room.
2.Reception staffs are concerned about the payment activities only. Once payment is done, they don’t answer to your basic queries. There were scenarios where patient was asked not to raise any questions. This shows how they are good in hospitality sector.
3.Dr.Chinmayee has limited knowledge. She just follows the established procedure and not able to answer/explain clearly to the patients on the procedure.
4.They don’t have any IVF plan or chart and even if you request they don’t give. It would be better to patients if the plan is made available. They don’t share as they can loot money by introducing additional procedures in middle of the IVF process. Initially they said IVF as 4 months activities, but they took 10 months to complete the process. Just imagine how much they might have looted.
5. They say advanced methods like ICSI, etc. are in place. Even they charge for you, but they never use advanced methods. This is just to lure patients and loot additional money.
Please even don't think of visiting once to this IVF center.
