He is No 1 fraud, he cheated many many persons... Employee lodge a compliant against him... He is not picking the calls...So be very careful...

Normal person going in for checkup and coming back as dead body with a bill of 2 lakhs rupees within 24 hours..i dont want to hear an another case like this.. please stay away from this hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently our uncle was admitted in a serious condition at Bangalore Hospital we've been there before of course, being long time residents of the area. I've said this before, and have no hesitation in expressing my highest laudatory compliments on the care provided here. Highly capable and qualified doctors, the nursing staff on the 3rd, 4th and ICU floors are the most caring.... From timely IVs, medications, to simply checking in and making sure the patient is comfortable. Regular checks by the PRO's ensure the facilities (while aging) are still providing proper hot water, proper air conditioning.... I'm just blown away. Come billing time, the sweetness and efficiency shown by Anita and Sashikala and the whole ground floor staff was one that leaves me with the most pleasant memories. I almost feel like saying I want to go back..... But maybe...if you're reading this you know who you are....Haha just for a social visit!

Paid appointment fee of Rs100 for dental checkup , then they directed to third floor but after reaching there I found the dental department to be empty. Noone was there when I asked the nurse in the next department she also had no idea. Then she gave me a number of the doctor which was unreachable. In the end after waiting for an hour or so I left the place and went to a private clinic for consultation. The hospital Maybe affordable but they really need a lot of improvement in management and cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hospital in this city keeping Dr Benakappa’s legacy alive- service oriented and patient centric. All the staff from the security to the lift operator, insurance team,nurses, attenders, cleaners, doctors secretaries and the doctors. Such wonderful empathetic staff,I feel like I am at home and I know my family, our lives are in safe hands whenever we visit. I haven’t seen a hospital staff advising patients to be careful on how much we can afford and giving us options to ensure we aren’t burdened financially, unlike other hospitals who are only there to take your money.
All the consultants here are excellent particularly Dr Arvind- humble, dedicated and his advise is unparalleled.
Yes cosmetically the hospital looks a bit run down given the years it has seen. But the treatment is world class. This is a hospital that truly lives upto to its motto and isn’t just a marketing message.
This hospital needs patients to keep running, please keep this as an option for all your treatments. Dr Benakappas legacy must live on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital used to have one of the best doctors but now worst poor knowledge doctors no proper treatment nothing.. I strongly recommend peoples to not to go to this hospital anymore if you people really care for your family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest hospitals in Bangalore City, with a very nice and dedicated team of doctors. The building is old and could be updated, but all facilities are available within the hospital and quality of services are good. They have Out Patient facilities, in patient treatment with dedicated ICU for COVID care as well. CT scan is also available in house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There might be some negative feedback for The Bangalore Hospital previously but when I actually visited on 10th Feb'2022 for admission of my own family member, I found it well managed and fully hygienic with good support from nursing and helping staffs. This is one of oldest Hospital also and doctors are so polite that they explain everything with clarity about the diagnosis and the treatment. Cost is not so high it's average as per the metro city is concerned.
