★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are very cordial,located in a good place,the hospital and lab are well equipped, leela ma'am examines every patient with utmost care and campassion,highly reliable. Even though seating area bit congested they have enough beds. Consultation charges are also nominal.helpfull staff,in opd bill is done manually hope soon they will go digital.

Positive Experience: A very good hospital with all basic facilities.
Admitted in sreenagar hospital due to severe stomach pain and vomiting.
Spend half day in the semi special ward for taking Iv. The surabhi medical store attached to the hospital was a very convenient place to purchase medicine. They even accept the unused items back by refunding without asking questions.
Duty doctors were very proactive (Dr. Pradeep and Dr. Deepak) and helpful. Not sure whether all are MBBS or BAMS.
Negative Experience: the reception asked to do a payment after 1 hour into the admission.
Advance: ₹1000/- ( they gave a slip as well saying it's a refundable deposit). No problem.
Before discharge they give a slip saying ₹1000/- is the total bill excluding medicine. Out of curiosity I asked for the expense break up and a bill. There onwards it was a terrible service.
After making me to wait for more than 1hr, they gave some receipts, which attached along with this review. I felt the bill was adjusted to ₹1000.
Advice to patients and family: Ask for bill and expenses before hand.
Request to management: give bill to everyone irrespective of whether they are asking or not.
