★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only doctors and nurse staff are good but special room is not all good very congested specially very discomfort for new born baby.And for card payment they charge some additional amount be ready with cash or UPI payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starting from security to Office admins, reception(especially one short person) to Pharma executives, they are all rude when it comes to customer attending. They are as bad as people in government hospitals.
Even after paying hefty bills we get treated very badly.
However doctor and maids were very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospital. It was nice to see the admin head visiting wards multiple times to check cleanliness and enquiring with patients if any concerns or issues.
One suggestions is that the toilet seats are very old and discoloured giving an impression that its not clean (though they are regularly cleaned) please replace them with new ones. I stayed in room 8 of second floor.
