Not too spicy but separate grandmother special secret recipe spicy oil provided in case you need it to make spicier.

Misal pav is also good but there can be options and varieties in it. Currently they just serve one normal misal along with dry one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have genuinely liked to give a higher rating, but my experience here was not worth a 5-star at all!
The food undoubtedly was amazing, even though they just have three items on the menu.
Let me start off by applauding for the Missal Pav here! It's delicious and authentic, except the part where they don't add farsan but add Sev instead.
Here's why the 3-star review!
• When we entered inside, the place was filled with fumes from firewood. I'm not sure if that's just how it always is, but it takes some time to get used to sitting indoors with smoke everywhere. Also, your clothes end up stinking of smoke.
• The management seems extremely loose and disinterested in doing things right. The place was a mess, there were gunny bags on the floor, and carton boxes everywhere.
• The upkeep of the place was disgusting. Everything was filthy, used but not maintained at all! You can see the walls, switch boards, racks, lights, UPI QR code display, counter and even the plants all having carbon soot from the smoke.
• The service was very lethargic and they seemed happy in not bothering about customers who were aimlessly waiting. No one even walked upto the table. They took over 15 mins to get us Missal Pav, that too because I told them that I've been waiting for that long. Everytime I kept asking for Vada Pav, they said it's going to take 20 mins... So I never bothered to wait and taste it.
Great food, but I don't think I'll ever dine-in again! ?

A special mention for the authentic mumbai style vada pav.The team was very attentive and loved the way the owner doing all-round job in looking after the guests so well. Thank you Gavran Misal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for some delicious Maharashtrian style food especially misal pav and vada pav then this is THE place in Bangalore.
Their menu includes just a few items. Misal pav, vada pav, kokum sharbat and buttermilk. And every single one of them is excellent.
Freshly made dishes, served with warmth and utmost hospitality.
The owner was extremely kind and showed us the various items that can be purchased apart from the dining menu.
It includes authentic masalas, savoury items like khari, butter, sev and sweets like besan ladoo and more.
I would definitely recommend you to try this place.
Timings : 9am to 2.30pm, 5pm to 10pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding an authentic place to have Misal Pav in Bengaluru is rather tough as not many places offer this tasty dish. Gavran Misal in HSR Layout, Bengaluru has one of the most authentic Misal’s and it is surely worth every penny. Having had some of the best Misal Pav’s in Pune, the Gavran Misal does some justice to this dish. We had the following while we were at Gavran Misal.
Since they offer very less items on the menu we had the Misal Pav first. The misal is not very spicy, but has the right amount of sev, peanuts, moth beans, and spice powders. The Pav provided was super soft and fluffy, butter coated and perfect for the Misal. We took extra pav to finish off the remaining curry and it was totally worth it.
Vada Pav is the next dish we had, it was so good that we had to taken another one before leaving. Freshly made in front of you, the batter is well mixed, heated to perfection, and the filling is very delicious. The spice powder with the chili and the chutney provided is the perfect combination for this dish.
Kokum juice was surprisingly very refreshing and tasty.
The buttermilk however felt very diluted and the taste was not very overwhelming. I think this drink could use some improvement.
Located on the main road itself, it is easy to find parking for your vehicles. There was not much of a waiting period, the food was fresh and served to us very quickly. You can find them at 627, 1st Floor, 27th Main Road, Opposite HDFC Bank, Sector 1, HSR, Banaglore.

Good place, best place for hangout and marathi style spicy breakfast! Service is very good! Menu is very simple misal that's it, very tasty and fresh!
It is cooked on wood which authentic style of making misal ?, loved it very much, very much pocket friendly.
Parking is not an issue.here in morning, evening you can face parking issues.
