★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flats are good but service is bad. Before you purchase flat they will treat you like GOD but post buying they will treat you like beggar and will hardly attend your call and never solve the issue.
Don't be fooled by their rosy promisses, get everything properly documented. I purchased my flat under subvention plan, please note under subvention flat rate and interest rate both are high. Triparty agreement between builder, bank and me was of 2 yeara and there was another agreement between builder and me. i didnt get possession at end of 2 years but irrespective of subvention bank started deducting emi from my account , when i highlighted the issue with builder they said they will settle it with bank, after 6month also it was not settle and my cibil was under scanner and i kept receiving calls for recovery. After so many calls and mails, builder said for time being please pay emi and they will adjust same at time of final payment but i am yet to receive any such documents, they have also not paid pending amount only penalty part they are able to get it waived off from bank.
in short, be careful and don't trust words always get some documents as proof.
