★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Customer Service, my internet is down for almost 30 hrs and no reply from them yet. When Called they just keep saying your internet will be back. its extremely frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Internet services we've ever had, there are no other Internet service options close to home, so they do Monopoly.
Our internet is not working for past 3 days and there is no choice to call them and if you opt to call back service they won't call you back, I mean what kind of service is this in this digital era.
Somehow I get the number of technicians and when I call them they start abusing me on the phone.
WORST SERVICE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service provider you will ever encounter. Wi-Fi gets down every 2-3 days in a week and there no proper channel to raise complain. You have to raise CMB request for whole day, still they won't call you back.If by mistake they call you back they won't resolve issue instead they blame you and ask you to get it checked by yourself. They are here just to take money and sit, doesn't take any responsibility for providing service to there customers. GBPS is really pathetic..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wifi is down multiple times. When we call support team they just give time and no one bothers to respond. My internet is down from last 24 hours, called office several time but they just say will send someone. This has happened 4-5 times. Is this a way?
POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
P.S: Don't ask for user id here in reply to this review. You already have it. Solve the problem don't show people that you are solving while you are doing nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service has deteriorated and the customer service is the worse... Initially there were good and knowledgeable technicians but now the come and check just for the heck of it... Very poor WiFi service. Customer care only call to remind you for the payment/recharge... No option to talk to anyone... Wouldn't recommend this provider to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GBPS as a broadband is good. But the only problem is their customer service. My net is down since last 3 days and I have raised multiple results for a callback, as they don’t have any direct number to contact them and this is really frustrating. They really need to work on their customer service or else they will continue losing customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic network you'll ever find in Pune
New connection request experience: In past 6days, I tried calling the GBPS customer service at least 10times and registered call back request. However they called 2 times and I missed it. 3rd time when they called I was able to answer it and they said sales person will call you. I waited for 1 day and I called back again and said "nobody from your sales team has contacted yet, can you please share the number?" And they did.
Now I called the sales person and asked to send the engineer/technical person to visit and see if it is feasible location. But he hasn't and not answering the call now.
