★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Customer care service is disgusting. Not value for money.
You won't even get 0.5Mbps on 50Mbps connection. Customer care service doesn't receives phone calls, indeed, cuts your call.
They will insist you to buy a router from their shop. I got a 200Mbps brand new router online and look they said its heating and cannot supply net. Lol...
Such a tragic and horrendous experience in Dwarka!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional people. They take money and provide service for few days and stop the service and don't bother to answer calls and refund money. Don't rely on few good comments, as they might be from their own team members. They steal money and don't provide service. Haven't seen such irresponsible service providers ever.
Took money for 3 months and provided worst service ever for few days. Not even bothering to take back their router.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ratings is 2.7 which is bad for any service. Very bad services very rude behaviour and force for payment. Services will not work in night at all. Very cheap behaviour also. Better to pay more and use better private company WiFi. Go for Hathway or Jio fiber

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service provided by skynet in Brijwasan a month 10-12 day there service intrupped due to any issue and there representative ( Mishra) not even picking phone when I called up with different no. he said our service is like that only if you have problem change it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service in Dwarka will scam you. No Service in the night. Check the ratings on Google if u don't believe me. The customer service people are very rude and have no manners. Beware u have been warned. Do not fall for all the cheap plans they will offer it will never work. I am verified user and have the bills for proof. Just check the ratings on Google u will see do not trust if owner replies to this review. SCAM
