★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. I had contaminated brake pads and the brake was not working. Had already visited 2 different shops to fix this but no luck. But here in GC cycle the issue was fixed and I got my bicycle the next day. Also the collection of their bikes are just amazing. From mid range to high end all kinds are available here. They also have electric bikes . Overall a very cool shop. Would definitely give it a thumbs up

Appropriate discounts and exchange price was given along with few complimentary accessories. My son was very happy to own a new cycle.

Really appreciate the way Shubhomoi handled the situation and gave comfort and guaranteed satisfactory service. Always a yes to go back to this shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell extremely poor quality cycles at an exorbitant price. People like me buy them instead of buying from online platforms hoping that you can approach them if there is a problem. Sadly, the cycle jams and brake lever breaks in 5 months of purchase and they refuse to entertain repairing the same. Please buy the same cycle from online platforms. You will get them much cheaper.
