★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not suggest this lab to anyone as the staff members are very rude and unprofessional.Recently I went there with my relative for some blood test which require 8 hours fasting ,after giving blood patient felt a little dizzy and suffocation so he removed his mask from his nostrils.Some staff members insulted us like we are some lowly being.Everybody is aware of the severity of Covid 19 situation but this type of behaviour is inhuman , disgusting and unacceptable from the staffs ofa healthcare unit.Nobody asked us that are we facing some issues they were more concerned about Covid 19 than the patients health.Extremely dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible lab. Poor receptionist staff. You have to open your shoes with no shoe rack present. Can't think of another diagnostic lab that tells you to open shoes for Covid-19. Why just stop at opening shoes then?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Booked for ECG and blood test at 8am they took blood but said to wait for ecg till all USG completes. Pathetic experience. I could have given even less star if there was option. No value of time.. unending wait.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this lab. Highly unreliable with wrong results. I had to get two more tests done to prove that results by Genu path lab are wrong. Causes huge inconvenience and is scary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class service. After you book through mobile APP and cancel then there will be no refund. Not organized and not at all professional.
Dont use their services. Bogus customare care team. Very very disappointed. I am still fighting for refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have 20% discount for senior citizens, otherwise their rates are not cheaper any more. Attending their facility at Newtown for last 3 years and always found their staff are cordial, helpful and better than those at Dr.Lal's behind Novotel or at Apollo. XRay technician Mr.Partha is experienced as well. But their Xray imaging quality is too bad with high opacity, low contrast white image plates which 2 doctors complained on different occasions. Max plate size is 10" x 14" only and on top of that they try to combine AP/Lat images on single plate to save costs. Unless you have a compelling reason to visit, avoid.
