Absolutely excellent service!
I had a few queries regarding a potential order for a product coming into stock. All queries were answered very quickly and the responses covered all questions I had excellently.
Their prices were the best I could find at the Geum Cycles store. Safe to say they got my order perfectly and I will continue to shop with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took both my cycles for general service and I had listed key issues to be addressed including wheel bend and gear slip issues.
When I went to take service delivery the mechanic claimed all highlighted issues were attended. I took a trail ride and noticed the wheel bend and gear issues were not attended. I asked the mechanic to re-look and after repeated talks and insisting to check by taking trail ride, the mechanic did various attempt to set right the issue (at that moment)
As per the shop owner, he felt that I was raising my voice, certainly any individual will react similar way when mechanic resist to address my complaints. The owner came upto me said they are rendering service here, I said the service is not done free and neither I am taking my cycles back without the issues being attended completely.
Due to proximity reason, I went to this place. My observation, the center did not have right tooling for cycle servicing. When talking to the owner he was badmouthing about other service centers (I hate this type of attitude). My experience with mechanic and owner not gratifying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an Awesome Experience interacting with the Owner Vinod , Service Attendant Santhosh and the Mechanic. Completely satisfied with the FULL SERVICE, which was done last weekend. I felt the serviced cycle was like brand new cycle, the gear mechanism worked Super Smooth after the service. Thanks for the great job done and most of all very polite, courteous owner & staff. Well maintained show-room. Great collection. Keep up the good work. Sure to pick up a cycle soon and also recommend it all my friends.

I entered to enquire and ended up buying a cycle. They have a decent collection of cycles. I also got my cycle serviced and they have done a good job.
