★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't believe the sweet talks of Shireesh Motors (Mahindra Car Showroom) Yelahanka. I had booked a XUV700 LP way back in December 2021 with a promise by the executive Madhu that I would get the delivery in 9 months. Soon after booking, it became 1year 8 months ! And it was promised to me that if I cancel any time (for those who booked before March 22), I will get full refund. Now month I cancelled the booking and the refund was only 90% of the booking amount. All follow ups with Madhu and Neeraj Nikhil are in vain, stating 'the policy is changed now'. Sharing this so that you don't fall into this trap of losing your hard earned money. I LOST TRUST on Mahindra Motors and Shireesh Motors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see and book XUV700. The executive Mohammed was so bad & no explaination was given on the vehicle properly. The executive was looking somewhere and continuously yawning and no proper responses given for our queries. He simply asked me go through the papers when I asked about difference in features from mid varient to top varient. Treated badly. Finally I had to fight and come out of the showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked an XUV 700 one week ago. Till now neither I got a receipt for having paid the booking amount nor got a chance for a test drive . The sales staff Akarsh is a big liar . Daily he will say some reason or the other . Therefore I concluded not to press him for any such trials . Horrible experience . This is not a good going for a brand like Mahindra. I wonder after buying the vehicle I have to live with the life cycle of the product. What will be the experience !

From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Mr.Dhanush was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. His attention to detail about every query that we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicle, unlike most used lots. Worked with us when the price was a little out of our budget and overall a great guy. Definitely , my satisfaction was unparalleled- absolutely feeling adrenaline rush...
