But gm infinite phase 2 constructions main entrance encroach the Gollahalli Lake. So flat buyer will face series problems in future.

Corridor lights are not there.Parking also no lights.
Outdoor flooring also bad.

The apartment community is well furnished and is easily accessible to southern parts of Bangalore.
All facilities are available here with better parking and security assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents bought an apartment with GM infinite at least 4 years ago with the promise that they could move in within two years and they took their own time to hand over. Now even before they moved in the bathroom is leaking and nobody is doing anything about it after multiple complains. The maintenance manager one Mr. Mandal never answers his phone neither does Mr Babloo, who is in charge of their block answer. My parents are regretting their decision of buying the flat even before moving in. I know my review will not change anything that these so called builders are doing but I just hope it will help at least one person who is planning on buying an apartment there. Please DON'T BUY AN APARTMENT with GM infinite. Their services is pathetic to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In plain terms L Block is a maze. Anyone could get totally lost, looking for a particular apartment inside this building.
I'd gone there on 31/8/2020 to check out a particular apartment. Spent close to 20 minutes without any luck. Spent another 10 minutes with the security in figuring out the apartment and then finally gave up. (Look for the uploaded pictures, the mere fact that they have put in a notice board with numbers of the flats in each direction speaks to the complexity and
'no-logic' approach of numbering).
A note to anyone owning or planning to rent out a flat here - this should rather have been a lodge/hostel sort of thing. The layout and design leaves you with nothing different/exciting to see once you enter inside the building. All you see is long deserted corridors. The same fact renders it a rather gloomy or monotonous vibe.
