★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this project very good, best value for money.they have one to one parking for all customres,on time delivery,project which have started before this project in the same vicinity havent given possesion yet.builder is solving maintainance related queries even after 8 months of possesion,which is appericiable.i found all amenities ready as promised by sales person.same amenities size is small but they are upto mark and good,best value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No...proper parking space for two wheelers & visitors. Covered parking space is very small, Even you cannot open door after parking your car.Monopoly in allotment of parking space. Cover parking space is covered with acrellic sheet from top. Lifts are gud but no provision of reset button.Moduler kitchen quality is very poor...Think 200 nos. of times befor buying. Please don't buy covered parking.

Goodwill Nirmiti is a project by Unique Group situated at D. N. Parande Road which is just opposite to the Sahara Land which will be prime location in near future. The society comprises of 1, 1.5 and 2 BHK homes.
Few pros and cons about project are mentioned below:
Pros
1) Transparency from builder in costing and amenities. Normally builders quote a very high amount and then customer has to do a lot of barging to bring the rates down which was not the case with Unique Group.
2) Prime Location (Near Future) as its a road touch society is situated just opposite to Sahara land space.
3) The Builder has provided modular kitchen, RO Purifier, Fans and tube lights in all rooms. The Construction quality is also quite good.
Cons
1) The covered parking are very very small. You can hardly park a hatchback car and your parking space will be full. Wise decision will be to buy an open parking which builder has covered with synthetic sheets and save money.
2) Builder has provided all the amenities like Gym, Swimming pool, Children's playing area but they are too small and all have been squeezed into a small space.
3) There are altogether 160 flats in society and builder has provided just two bore wells that also have already been dried up in February so there will definitely be water problems in near future.
4) Lohegaon has been just included in PMC boundaries so it will take time for drinking water to be available for society.
All in all good for investment purpose but it will take time to be a perfect home for living once the road is developed and PMC water will be available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good society. Not recommend. Water issue, Committee member issue. For shifting you can't use lift, even if you are staying on 10th floor. Think then shift here. Thanks.?
