If you're not interested to face worstest and hellest experience then don't go here. Very very bad experience and received very poor service. Delayed delivery, careless behaviour, poor delivery system etc. Go to sinthirmore great eastern they are too good ( same company). I'm not misguideing cause I'm a genuine customer.
Dear great eastern company pls improve your service in uttarpara branch.

β β β β β A house for latest gadgets and electronic goods, they have huge stock and very gentle and polite staff to assist their customers with the best product with all guidance. They also arrange for finance and home delivery. The delivery is complementary. Once chosen, you cannot stay away for the next time.

β β β β β Worst place to go for any electronic items. The item bought got delivered as a defective piece and even after exchanging it the item again came in defective. After, complaining and continuosly following up on calls and emails, we have still not received the final working product and it's been more than a month since we bought it. The sales team especially Pratik is a no show and is not responding well to our queries.
I highly recommend people to NOT waste money and time on buying anything from here.
