★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner and staffs of this outlet are very unprofessional and worthless. The owner was playing game on his mobile and the limited staff was not attentive at all. We waited for more than half an hour only to see that no one even asked us what we want. It is no doubt a big showroom but attentiveness with good approach to customers matters the most. Somehow I got the feeling that this store will close in few months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is pathetic. Staffs doesn't care of customers standing. In cutting process the staff doesn't cut according the que. The store doesn't open at the mentioned time. Reached at 10.30 am but the staffs doesn't let me get inside n showed hands to stay outside, inside they were so busy in talking that they don't even care of the their mentioned time n customers standing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a boutique owner and we had an account with them. They are highly unprofessional. The rule goes that As an account holder, I am always entitled to a basic discount which they provide all. The bill amount doesn't matter in this case. After being a regular purchaser, they denied the discounts on account as the bill amount was low. I personally find it very unprofessional.
On my resentment, Their cold attitude and indifference made me conclude about the unprofessionalism they hold. However, I felt like jotting my experience even though mine was a last purchase from them today.
Be aware if you are looking for a long lasting business relationship with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm editing this review almost after a year and I'm reducing 2 stars from my review only because of the grumpy and snappy person in the billing.
I have had run in with this chap everytime I visit the store but the staff that I meet is so good that I keep forgetting about this grumpy pants. But my last visit there and his snappy behaviour made sure that I mention him this time.
A little late in posting my review but better late than never. I have been there multiple times but this last visit in February was an absolute treat of an experience. The collection was as usual wonderful but the lady who helped me whose name I can't seem to recall unfortunately, but helped me mix and match so many things and in such an elegant way. Usually I go for materials for kurtis but the gorgeous collection of sarees I found was an absolute surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good variety of fabrics, laces and located at a convenient place too. Showroom size is huge and has different sections. Better priced than most highstreet fabric sellers, but definitely not wholesale prices if you are buying less quantity.
Staff is well-trained and very helpful as well as patient.
