However no bench system in Harman , if your not in project then HR ask you to resign and give only 3 months time to leave the company. It's difficult to get a project in the company. It is should be known every employee.

They are least concerned about time taken out for them.
They'll not ask right questions and not satisfied with proper answers also.
They told looking for higher technical skills, but the irony was didn't ask any questions about data structures and algorithms.??
Don't think that it's a product based company. It has projects of other companies.

life. I request all the interviewers not to waste candidates valuable time, instead go and attend other companies for the interview.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad interview experience. I was waiting for the offer more than 7 days after HR discussion completed. Still they didn't provide offer letter after a lot of follow up mails and rejected my candidature. Stop playing with candidate's future. Max reviews are fake.
