★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with this company's culture. The HR asks you to come, then will make you wait for long hours without having the courtesy to attend to you. The reception is ignorant & hardly acknowledges your presence.
Finally, the HR arrives without any prompt response; lacks professional etiquettes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time. Don't give interview to these company. They wasted my time and days. For the past 45 days still they are conducting same position interview. First You need to complete assignment also. During this pademic covid-19 jobless condition they are playing with the name of job. Bad and fake Indegene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting call since last 40 days for interview from different vender for same position , I thought they are hiring and firing of employee after getting work done. They are just try to make its brand to call jobless employee. Request with you please don't waste someone time if you don't have any open position. Every day i getting call more than 5 times for Indegen . You must know what is humanity.

The recruitment team will ruthlessly waste your time and effort and in the end, try to come with a trivial justification for this. And that too amidst this chaos of covid pandemic.
The whole interview team seems clueless about their requirements and looked like the interview process was a mere time pass for them.
After informing that I was not the candidate (This was after two rounds of interviews over a span of 5-6 days) that they were looking for, they had the audacity to offer to send my resume' for another role. This clearly indicates that they goofed up in the hiring process from the get-go. Heights of unprofessionalism!
So, as an MDS graduate with more than 3 years of experience and decent expertise in scientific writing, I was selected for an interview process for the role of Associate scientific writer.
After one round of assignment submission which involved abstract writing for a pharma article, review of a manuscript, and essay writing on a trivial topic, I was called for a telephonic interview.
Now, the telephonic interview had some weird questions which were irrelevant to the role that I had applied for and my qualification. From the questions, it seemed like they were looking for an MBA graduate with a marketing degree. Why would someone ask a medical graduate marketing questions? God only knows. Even though I'm an MDS graduate I was able to answer their questions with ease.
These were some of the questions:
How will you market a product? - This sounded ignorant as to how can one market a product without knowing what the product is. This can really exasperate some marketers as to why would someone ask such a question.
Moving on: Then they revised the question to:...
How will you market a drug?
Although there were some relevant questions, the majority of them were irrelevant to my field of expertise which I'm guessing they would already know cause I had shared my detailed resume'.
Long story short. They send a mail one day later (kudos to them for the prompt reply though), mentioning that they regret to inform me that I have not qualified.
Oh alas! *chuckle*
So, this is the level of unprofessionalism portrayed by the team from such a reputed organization.
Someone must report these hiring malpractices. One could see many candidates voicing out similar experiences in the reviews section.
P.S. I deeply feel that the positive reviews in this forum are all fabricated. The language of many reviewers who gave positive responses doesn't reflect a professional culture which makes me deeply believe that it's a calculated tactic to mislead new applicants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worst company & pathetic process I've experienced so far. The interview took almost 45days, I cleared 3rounds including design assessment test & waited final round. Didn't receive any call but figured they are busy screening other candidates after all they're looking for 30 open positions to be filled. But suddenly I started getting calls from different consultancy about same job. That's when I understood they are stealing designs from lots of designers in the name of design test. So beware of Indegene or any consultancy referring to join this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company to work. Please don't join the dpoc India team. They are not human beings and won't treat u like one. Especially ishita the manager and kajal kadam qa. Crooked ppl and company. Looks like fake ppl outsourcing ppl. Lied in terms of salary also. Fraudulent company
