★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst honda agency in punjab, staff dont know how to communicate properly with customer. Asking for 500 rupees just to check the car. The charges for spare parts and labor were extremely high were as other Honda agencies were offering genuine price. I have been getting my car services done from agency from the day the day I have purchased the car but this experience at Harmony agency was the worst. I think the manager need to step up and discipline the staff which are harassing the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got very good deal on Honda Amaze car. Salesman are very good representative.
I got my first car thats Honda Amaze VX MT model 2018 model.
But few workers are neglecting their work. Unfortunate they delivered petrol car which i ordered with diesel refill. That one was replaced later.
However Atmosphere was good. Whenever i complained about the issues they listened very carefully even action will be taken or not at their end.
Overall i respect the Harmony group and their services from Honda side. Hope they will not repeat their mistakes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor dealing and service. They even lack basic manners to talk to customers. They are selling insurance in the name of Honda Assaure. But when it comes to claims then they backtrack saying different stories that insurance is from Bajaj etc. One particular person called Manoj needs to to kicked out for lack of professionalism and mannerisms. Overall a useless agency and people should avoid going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Car Service agency. I got my car serviced using their pick and drop service. I specifically told them them the issues in my car and twice i communicated my problems with their service manager. But all in vain. They just washed my car and ignored all the other issues and charged me 4000 for doing nothing at all. Even after my complaint nobody responded. Their car washer have applied some liquid on the windshield from inside the cabin which makes driving in night more difficult.
I request honda to take strict action against the service manager for this pathetic service. Total waste of money.

I got my Honda City serviced from this Harmony Honda Mohali. I asked them to specifically check the infotainment unit as it was turning off while reversing the car but they completely forgot about it.
Even the car doesn't feel as if it is serviced. It is better to get the service from Chandigarh Harmony Honda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Display area is not very big but then we'll organised within the limited space. All models were on display. Staff is friendly and pleasant to interact. Accessories could be better displayed. Outside parking area looked a bit cramped with a few parking space for cars. In all a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ disappointing experience. the dealing of the staff was low in zest and zeal. it appeared as if they did not want to sell off their cars. Alongside I could see they treated another customer with more respect depicting as if we belonged to a lower level.
