★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for getting a new connection. Submitted the required documents and then asked them the cost and they said Rs. 7800.00
On asking why so much ? Their reply was - we take money for 2 gas cylinders + regulators + pipe + gas stove + documentation charges.
I mentioned I already have a gas stove, don't require a new one.
They said - ok then we have options, you can take cooker or mixer grinder instead.
I again said - I do not require any of these items just the cylinders and regulator will do.
They immediately denied connection and after a lot of fighting they said - ok give the purchase bill of your gas. I said come do the inspection and again same reply - fine we will send the man for inspection but he will also ask for the bill. If you don't give then no connection.
It's just a way of looting people by making them buy some product from them.
I spoke to the customer care and they clearly said no such buying is compulsory and there is no need of gas stove purchase bill either. If your gas is ISI marked then nothing is needed.
Did not get the connection done through them.
Money looters !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Agency. I don't understand why IOC is still continuing with this agency.
Lot of corruption in the agency. When you book a cylinder, firstly they don't delivery in time. Second when you receive a delivery receipt the cylinder does not get delivered to you. After couple of days you get a message that the cylinder was delivered but actually it's not delivered to you. If it's not delivered to you, where did it go? Well it means that the cylinder got delivered to someone else at an extra cost. Now your cylinder gets delivered once you raise a complain about it.
IOC take a cognisant of this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are seriously third class services and also staff. Thay force fully buy their product and also after taking connection he is not delivered passbook and also subsidy scheme information.
Indian gas company should Banned on this agency so that people can not tolerate this type of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless service. They don't deliver fully filled gas cylinder. Usually my gas cylinder last at least for two months but this time it suddenly got empty just in a month on 22nd September. Make sure that you tell the delivery man to weigh the gas cylinder. Then I booked my gas on 23rd September. Today it's 28th September and still I have not received gas cylinder even after complaining twice. Now they are messaging that my booking has been cancelled as it got returned thrice but they didn't even come in the first place. Go for some other agency, I totally don't recommend this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service. I went for new connection and they are force to take other their products like gas stove, approne, trolley which all I have and i don't require that thing. Also the staff are behaving roudly.
