Not a helping and supporting staff.
Poor complaint solving .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had need urgent gas cylinder during covid pandemic. I requested to Arjun gas agency for urgent delivery of cylinder and they was provided me a gas cylinder within a day.
Really, I appreciate to Arjun gas agency and its all the staff members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arjun Gas Agency's service is not good at all.on calling in the company, the staff there say that you should talk to the worker yourself, it is our work that the staff? When I forced the staff,I said that the worker's health is not good, does only one worker in Arjun Gas Agency?such behavior has happened with us 4 to 5 times, why are the staff treating the customer like this?

Had booked cylinder on wednesday 29th sep and invoice also generated same date but still it is 2nd oct gas not recd and heights is that the previous cylinder kept kept on leaking and the whole gas leaked out in 3 days so definetaly it was underwieght . Had asked about complaint number but the number given no body responds on the same just some recording goes on. Very pathetic service of Arjun Gas service. This is the fourth time same thing repeated so had to write this review atleast the management sees and takes some action so that the customer dont have to suffer like this. They take orders , then dont deliver on time and deliver underweight gas cylinder but take the whole amount.

Poor services.
Only personal job done by their employees no any work for customers is done. Because its a government subsidiary agency and due to monopoly in market they think they are chairman of Indian Gas Agency..
Looks like funny but its the real truth..
