When we call its no proper answer .
Before 17 day ago booked cylinder but not delivered till today

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost service ever I have seen, never deliver cylinder on time, they always deliver cylinder after 3 to 4 days even in Advance payment also, No one is Answering in proper way.
Picked landline phone once in a while,
Delivery boy not in their control.
We can say that SBI officer is better than this staff and HODs.

Second time cylinder not receive on time... 13 days before i have booked cylinder, but still not receive... Last month also same problem i faced.

Never pick up the call..alway late delivery of cylinder...I have received under weight cylinder this munth...I asked delivery person if I wanted to weight the cylinder and he said we don't have it.. Last munth same problem..and agency not receive call... Never recommend... Very Bad expiriance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never picks up the call. Always late del8very of cylinders. I was waiting for my hoisehold blue cylinder at the agemcy,there were about 30-35 customers who was complaing about late cylinder delivery. It takes around 14 days to deliver a cylinder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service staff is not trained enough on the various schemes / processes of bpcl. I had gone to surrender my connection after applying for the surrender service from online portal. The staff behaved as if I had done some crime by surrendering online and refused to help and kept me waiting for long time. Later I came to know that they were not knowing the process to handle such cases on their system and hence blaming me for availing online service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic service. No one picks up the call out of 3 landline numbers they have. And when finally someone picks up, rather than being cooperative, they puts you on hold without any notice. It's been 2 when they said that I will get my cylinder the next day, haven't recieved it yet, and all these when my home is just 10 mins away from this agency.
While getting a new connection, everyone were helpful. But when it comes to booking and getting the cylinder on time. They are really bad at it.
